Rania is a Senior Manager of the Tax Department of EY, having joined EY Greece in 2010 and being based in the Athens office. She has more than 13 years of professional experience in providing tax services including tax audits, tax reviews and tax due diligence projects, as well as business tax advisory, tax compliance and tax strategy and planning. Rania has also been facilitating internal technical tax trainings for local EY offices and other EY offices abroad. Her industry focus is on transportation, Oil & Gas, telecommunications and consumer products. She has studied Accounting & Finance at Athens University of Economics & Business and has a postgraduate degree in Greek Tax Law from the same university. She is also a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece.

Theodora is a Senior Manager of the EY Greece Assurance Services, focused on the Shipping Industry. She has over 12 years of professional experience in various sectors, although the last years she has gained extensive expertise focusing on the shipping industry (both SEC registered and private), having performed many PCAOB Audits of NYSE and NASDAQ listed shipping companies, reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, while also participated in Initial Public Offerings of shipping Companies in US stock exchanges. Theodora displays outstanding supervisory skills gained over the years of being involved in the accounting and audit profession across the shipping industry and has been coordinating financial and other audit projects with diverse teams. She holds a MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Essex and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from AUEB. She is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the Economic Chamber of Greece, ACCA holder and member of the Institute of Certified Auditors Accountants in Greece and UK.
