Kostas Papadakis holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, followed by a Master's in Human Resources Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He began his career in 2020 at iTechScope Recruitment Agency, specializing in tech recruitment while progressively taking on leadership responsibilities. In 2023, he joined Kaizen Gaming as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Tech & Product division.
