Filimon is a Director in our Tax M&A practice based in Athens, Greece. He has more than 12 years of experience in supporting transactions both on sell side and buy sides, offering a wide range of high adding value services to private equities and strategical investors, such Tax Due Diligence, SPA and tax structuring support in various reputable deals. Before joining PwC Filimon was part of another big four team, as a Senior Manager. Filimon’s professional background also includes tax advisory work to both local and multinational entities with expertise in direct taxes, international taxes, engaged in sophisticated cross border transactions and complex restructurings.
