Ψημίτη Ειρήνη, Chief People & Communications Officer, CEPAL Hellas

Irini has been leading human resources, communications and ESG for leading servicing management company Cepal Hellas since 2017. She has over 20 years of experience in the consulting, financial services and FMCG sectors. Before joining Cepal, she advised clients on recruiting and talent management, and coached C-level executives at KPMG. She has also worked as fund manager at Alpha Bank Group investment companies. Irini holds an MSc in Finance from Lancaster University and a BSc in Technology and Finance from the American College of Greece.
