George is the Head of Securitizations Management, in Transactions & Advisory unit at doValue Greece. George moved to doValue in 2020, whilst previously he was the Head of Corporate Remedial Strategy in Eurobank and he worked as a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young for 6 years, in Transactions Advisory Services. George has also worked as an Equity Analyst for 4 years in Kappa Securities, a boutique brokerage firm. George holds an MSc in Finance and Investments from Queen Mary, University of London (2007) and a BSc in Accounting and Finance (2005), from Athens University of Economic and Business. He is a certified stock market analyst from Hellenic Capital Market Commission and also a trained and accredited Business Modeler from EY EMEIA. George has worked in many transactions mainly in banking sector including NPL portfolio sales and HAPS securitizations, as well as Corporate Finance projects including Buy / Sell side M&As, Business Valuations, Business Modelling, Debt Restructuring / Refinancing, NPE management and recovery assessments.
